PHASE I – ICE BREAKER
- 1. 1 hour session of getting to know you, your eating pattern and your lifestyle in detail and building a rapport to continue our journey further.
- 2. Discussing any existing health issues, blood parameters and your expectations from the program.
- 3. Set realistic goals.
- 4. Plan interventions for the set goals.
- 5. Motivate and guide you towards achieving the interventions.
PHASE II – TAG ALONG
- 1. Continue support for your queries through email, WhatsApp and calls.
- 2. Review the interventions and acknowledge the results.
- 3. Planning new or making changes in the existing interventions.
- 4. Meal and Exercise planning.
